A linear accelerator bunker is one of the most demanding structures in civil construction.
A single void, cold joint or dimensional error can compromise radiation safety. We execute
these enclosures exactly to the medical physicist's and RSO's shielding design — dense,
continuous, defect-free concrete with precise embedments — coordinating with your equipment
vendor (Varian, Elekta and others) and AERB-approved layouts.
We built the radiation-shielding bunker for the linear accelerator at
Seth Nandlal Dhoot Hospital Limited, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar —
executed to the sanctioned shielding layout with 1.5 m thick RCC slabs and
0.9 m shielding walls, and completed in five months. With India's
fast-growing cancer-care capacity, every new LINAC, HDR brachytherapy or CT-sim installation
needs a bunker done exactly right.
